Delivery Costs
Only one delivery charge will be applied per order regardless of order value or size.

United Kingdom which includes Northern Ireland:
Standard Delivery: £4.95
Express Delivery: £8.95

Delivery In Europe:
Delivery to all 50 European countries - 3 to 5 working days - £14.95 per order

Collection-Collect your parcel from our office and warehouse complex between 9.30am-4.30pm Mon to Fri (excluding bank holidays). £0.00 per order. For more information on collections visit our Milton Keynes fancy dress page.

Standard Delivery: Standard Delivery orders are shipped within 24 hours and an independent survey discovered 98% of parcels arrive the next working day although we do ask that you allow 2 to 4 days for delivery.

Express Delivery: Next Day Delivery orders are guaranteed to be with you between 8am and 5pm the following day Monday to Saturday, subject to being ordered before 4pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Back Orders

Unlike many of our competitors we hold high stock inventories to ensure we can fulfil orders rather than relying on a supply chain. In the event your item is not in stock, we will contact you with an approximate back order date, offer you an alternative or give you the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
